We find that the best way for potential clients to really see what they’re getting is for them to visit us at one of our weekly rehearsals. That way they not only get to hear and see the quality of our act, but also get the opportunity to interact with the musicians and feel comfortable that they’re putting the success of the evening in safe hands.
3. PLACE A DEPOSIT
We charge a 50% non-refundable deposit up front to book an event. This means that we can confidently turn down future requests for the same date.
4. GIVE US A RUN SHEET
We know that plans may change over time. However, the earlier you can get a high-level run sheet the earlier we can advise on the type of entertainment that you will need and at what times. Either put us in touch with your event planner or talk to us directly.
5. SIT BACK & RELAX
We are well-practised at liaising with event organisers, venues, catering companies and other service providers to make sure musical entertainment is integrated perfectly into the evening and all logistical considerations have been planned for. Your job is to sit back and simply enjoy the show!
